Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Test Engineer to join their Assembly, Integration & Test team, supporting the development of laser communication systems and optical ground stations.

This role offers contribution to production, integration and deployment of advanced optical systems with opportunities to travel internationally and participate in production scale-up. Equity options and generous leave are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical assembly, integration and test.
• Hands-on experience building and testing complex optical systems.
• Strong optical laboratory and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail and willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience with laser communication systems.
• Precision optical alignment and optomechanical assembly.
• Experience supporting the transition from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement.
