Job summary

Kainos is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Smart testing services team in Belfast. You will support customers, analyze test coverage, and help design tests within the Kainos Smart suite to maximise value and ensure quality outcomes.

You will regularly liaise with clients, onboard users, and contribute to continuous product improvement by coordinating with development teams and sharing knowledge across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Excellent customer focus and customer-facing experience.
• Honours degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers as part of the Kainos Smart Gold Service.
• Execute, report and maintain customer test packs.
• Analyse customer test coverage to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Liaise directly with customers on a regular basis as part of the Smart Gold Service.
• On-board and support customers using the Smart Automated Test, Audit and Shield Applications.
• Understand customer needs by analysing Workday configuration and related domains.
