BOURNEMOUTH covering Blandford Forum and occasionally other surrounding Centres.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of tests, following company procedures while maintaining high customer service standards and enhancing the brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Meet candidates' needs with understanding and respect.
  • Understand testing procedures for each client and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Maintain compliance with operational and security standards.
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues and candidates.
  • Ensure test integrity and supervision standards.
  • Report incidents as required.
  • Maintain competence in systems and procedures, seeking training when necessary.
  • Support business needs daily.
  • Understand and implement updates to testing requirements.
  • Assist in maximizing centre profitability.
  • Perform administrative tasks and daily opening/closing procedures.

All staff are responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure working environment, supporting company policies on health, safety, security, quality, and business continuity.

Key Activities
  • Ensure equipment and test stations are operational.
  • Review logs and schedules to ensure correct functionality.
  • Prepare for candidates, including those with special needs.
  • Process candidate sign-in and verify identity.
  • Explain test procedures and handle queries.
  • Provide post-test score reports.
  • Schedule appointments and liaise with technical support.
  • Record hours and leave appropriately.
  • Maintain a professional testing environment.
  • Support accreditation and event delivery.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed.
Working Arrangements

Based in a Pearson VUE test centre with possible local travel. Flexible hours required, including full/part days, with shifts varying according to test volume.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Working Hours

Variable hours, including days and evenings, with specific timings to be confirmed. Shifts include early mornings, Saturdays, and alternate late evenings.
