Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated tests across APIs, microservices, and user interfaces. You will ensure tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases.

You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with teammates to clarify acceptance criteria and edge-case scenarios, while applying tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and RestAssured.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software verification and test automation.
• Proficient in scripting automated tests using Selenium/Playwright/RestAssured.
• Strong background in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts across APIs, microservices, and UIs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for every build and release.
• Investigate defects with detailed repro steps and verify fixes.
• Collaborate in sprint planning and backlog refinement to define acceptance criteria.
