We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with expertise in low code platforms, namely Leapwork, to lead the development and execution of automated testing frameworks. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who has led the development or maintenance of an automation framework, and has experience ensuring the quality and stability of enterprise applications. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications and other enterprise systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Leapwork to validate D365 applications and integrations.
• Creating test cases and test plans in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Execute and monitor automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Optimize and scale Leapwork automation workflows, ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
• Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing of D365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and application performance.
• Stay updated on best practices in test automation, Leapwork advancements, and D365 updates.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for automated testing within the team.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in test automation, with exposure to Leapwork or similar no-code automation tools.
• Experience of implementing an automation framework.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Project Operations.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies, including UI automation, API testing, and data-driven testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and their integration with test automation.
• Understanding of test management tools (Azure Test Plans, TestRail, or similar).
• Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft or Leapwork certifications (preferred but not required).
