Role: Test Automation Architect
Salary: up to £70,000

An exciting opportunity for a Test Automation Architect to shape the future of test automation within a leading telecom and mission-critical communications company. Operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, this role is key to modernising testing strategies and ensuring seamless integration with high-performance communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance test automation framework.
2. Select and implement automation tools and best practices.
3. Automate functional, regression, and performance testing.
4. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
5. Collaborate with software, system, and RF engineers to optimise testing strategies.
6. Research and introduce AI-driven testing techniques.

About You:

1. 5+ years of experience in test automation architecture.
2. Proficient in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
3. Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
4. Strong knowledge of API and performance testing (Postman, JMeter, etc.).
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
6. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing solutions.
7. Background in telecom, embedded systems, or mission-critical applications is a plus.
