Korn Ferry is assisting a London market client with their Blueprint 2 programme.

This role will lead the test architect team (comprising test managers) to develop test strategies and approach papers for specific areas of their platform.

Who they need:

• Background in London market insurance
• Extensive Test Management experience (preferably within insurance)
• Proactive and hands-on - capable of running workshops and gathering information from SMEs, not just analyzing data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in fixing and turning around programmes
• Ability to follow leadership direction and drive initiatives forward - candidates obstructing progress or insisting on doing things their way are not suitable
