Job Description:

Korn Ferry is assisting a London market client with their Blueprint 2 programme.

This role will lead the test architect team (comprising test managers) to develop test strategy and approach papers for testing specific areas of their platform.

Who they need:

• Background in London market insurance
• Extensive Test Management experience, ideally within insurance
• Proactive and capable of running workshops, gathering information from SMEs, etc. NOT someone who only crunches numbers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in fixing and turning around programmes
• Ability to follow leadership directives and drive initiatives; candidates obstructive or resistant to guidance are not suitable
