Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking an experienced Test Architect to join a major transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract. I’m currently looking for an experienced Test Architect to join a major transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an opportunity to shape and own the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex enterprise environment, driving quality through modern automation, DevOps and cloud-native technologies.

Hybrid working (Wokingham)

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining enterprise-wide test strategy and architecture
• Embedding testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
• Leading non-functional testing across performance, security and resilience
• Providing technical leadership to QA teams and stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with:

• Extensive Test Architecture experience
• Strong automation expertise (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar)
• API, cloud and microservices testing experience
• CI/CD, Agile and DevOps knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with AI-driven testing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and relevant testing certifications would be a real advantage.
