Manual Test Analysts - Cyber Security Programme

My client in the utilities sector is seeking 4 Manual Test Analysts to support a critical application upgrade within a Cyber Security Programme.

  • Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site (Leeds or North East)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 10 months
  • Day Rate: £350-£375/day (Outside IR35)
  • Clearance: BPSS required - applicants must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 5 years. SC clearance is a bonus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute ST, SIT, and UAT test cases and scripts
  • Prepare test strategies, plans, and manage test data
  • Perform manual testing across performance, system, integration, and UAT phases
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders in a resource-constrained environment
  • Work within regulated industries using tools like JIRA; familiarity with SOAP API and security testing principles
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven strong stakeholder management experience
  • Manual testing expertise
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g. Utilities, Energy, Financial Services)
  • BPSS clearance eligibility (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
