Burges Salmon is seeking a proactive Test Analyst to own testing activities across multiple technology and business change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality is at the heart of delivery.

The role requires solid testing experience, independence, and a proactive approach to shaping how testing is delivered. You'll work on technology transformation projects and wider change programmes within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Test Analyst or similar software testing role.
• Experience leading testing activity and ownership of deliverables.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.

Aufgaben

• Lead testing activities across projects and system changes.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Carry out functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Manage defects through to resolution using Jira and TestRail.
• Support and guide business users through the UAT process.
• Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, issues and outcomes clearly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing standards, processes and ways of working.
