The Tribe

The Straight-Through-Processing tribe contributes to the division strategy by delivering and supporting, through agile practices, cost-effective time-to-market solutions for the domain of STP communication flows (transactional flows, information flows, reporting, CRM).

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join the STP “Use the Product” Squad, which offers the opportunity to support the delivery of initiatives across the Organisation that impact our Communication layer – meaning, most of them!

The Test Analyst:

  • Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
  • Tests and integrates new and/or updated complex software functionality.
  • Analyzes test requirements and designs the corresponding test products (environment setup, test scenarios, test scripts, test tools, etc.).
  • Drafts, revises, and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy.
  • Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
  • Implements or supervises the implementation of these test products (writes test scripts).
  • Conducts or supervises the execution of tests and evaluates the test results.
  • Provides support to the Feature Delivery Owner or Test Team Leader on overall project testing guidance and planning.
  • Coordinates with users to plan user acceptance testing.
  • Ensures that system tests are successfully completed, documented, and that all problems are resolved.
  • Contributes to or manages the deployment preparation and execution for both Pre-Production and Production until the end of the warranty period.

Work is not closely supervised but is governed by standardized procedures that permit initiative.

You are:

  • An experienced tester capable of autonomously testing and integrating new and/or updated complex software functionality, familiar with relevant testing tools, technologies, and processes, and able to quickly understand the applications/systems being tested.
  • Able to demonstrate your ability to learn ICT technologies.
  • Able to adapt easily to new circumstances, technologies, and procedures.
  • Able to summarize complex technical situations simply.
  • Solution- and customer-focused.
  • Stress-resistant and constructive in any context.
  • Able to align with existing standards and act with attention to detail.
  • A true team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented focus are key to success in this environment.
