Job description

You will analyze, plan, design, execute, and report on testing activities across software systems under development independently. Working with various stakeholders and within governance, you will be responsible for defining the test strategy and ensuring coverage of all testing types including Unit, Integration, System, User Acceptance, and Performance testing. Collaborating with the project team, you will produce test strategies, test cases, and plans, and execute, track, support, and report on testing activities.

You will drive the adoption of new technologies and approaches to improve productivity, engaging with new market tools and processes, while sharing knowledge with the team.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Experience in executing, leading, and defining testing strategies on large IT projects or programmes;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Experience in the utilities sector;
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC;
  • Proficiency in at least one test management tool.
