Job summary

RedRock Consulting Ltd seeks a Functional Test Analyst for a contracted period in the UK. The role focuses on refining acceptance criteria, executing manual tests, and leading defect resolution. You will coordinate UAT for groups of business users and report progress to stakeholders.

ISTQB/ISEB or equivalent qualification is preferred, with experience in higher education testing environments. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team and build

Qualifications

• Ability to refine acceptance criteria for testability.
• Experience writing and executing manual tests and documenting results.
• Lead defect identification and assist with resolution.
• Provide test progress updates to PM and stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT activities for small business-user groups.
• ISTQB/ISEB or equivalent software testing qualification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Experience as a functional test analyst.
• Understanding of risk-based testing.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
