We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support our expanding Salesforce practice, working on transformative projects across industries such as retail, energy, financial services, and healthcare.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst to support the delivery of IT projects through comprehensive and structured testing activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Test Managers and project stakeholders to execute testing phases, identify issues, and contribute to the overall quality assurance of systems and applications in a secure and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Test Managers to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
  2. Execute manual and automated test scripts, ensuring accurate logging of results and defects.
  3. Conduct functional, non-functional, user acceptance, accessibility, and performance testing.
  4. Maintain and update test execution records in test management and reporting tools.
  5. Support defect lifecycle management by raising, tracking, and retesting defects in collaboration with technical teams.
  6. Engage in basic troubleshooting of application and integration issues and assist with root cause analysis.
  7. Ensure all testing documentation is prepared in line with the internal project delivery lifecycle and quality standards.
  8. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, prepare user guidance material, and support transition activities.
  9. Ensure alignment to security and regulatory compliance throughout the testing process.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Analyst or similar QA role.
  2. Functional and Non-Functional Testing
  3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  4. Accessibility and Performance Testing
  5. Working in Waterfall and Agile project environments
  6. Experience working within structured governance frameworks and delivering against defined test plans.
  7. Ability to collaborate within multi-vendor teams and adapt to changing project priorities.
  8. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  9. Familiarity with or willingness to learn test automation tools and scripting is desirable.
  10. Understanding of ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, or NIST-aligned practices is an advantage.
Security Requirements
  1. Candidates must be based in the UK and have BPSS clearance.
  2. Must comply with UK government and regulatory standards relating to information security and sensitive data.
  3. Primarily remote delivery, with occasional on-site visits for onboarding or project-specific meetings, as required.
