Job description

It's an exciting time to join the Digital Trading Solutions team at AXA. We are seeking a talented Test Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll test SME Digital products using Polaris ProductWriter testing tools for internal and external systems supporting AXA Commercial Lines.

At AXA, we promote a flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home at least two days a week, increasing to three days towards the end of 2025. Initial training will require up to 8 weeks at our Ipswich office, after which you'll transition to a hybrid working model. We also consider flexible arrangements like condensed hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Use testing tools within the Polaris ProductWriter suite.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Data Dictionaries to estimate and perform testing of ProductWriter developments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in front-end data capture for software systems.
  • Support Polaris developments for internal and external systems, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met on time.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and work closely with IT, testing resources, and software vendors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Suggest process improvements and optimize use of ProductWriter tools.
  • Ensure Polaris ProductWriter usage complies with current standards.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a testing environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance in underwriting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Interest in developing and delivering product changes.
