Job description

Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money Dundee Kingsway – Full-Time

Job Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary: £28,177 PA

Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As part of Tesco Travel Money, you'll work on-site at a busy bureau within a Tesco store, serving thousands of customers daily with foreign exchange needs. We aim to be the preferred provider and leaders in customer experience and expert advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Nurturing and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
  • Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieving operational, procedural, and customer-focused KPIs.
  • Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and Travelex procedures.

  • Proven leadership skills to motivate diverse teams and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and understanding of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Interview Process:

  1. Application review and initial screening call.
  2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
  3. On-site visit to meet the Area Manager and see the work environment.
  4. Job offer upon successful completion of previous steps.
