Job summary

Tesco Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex, is hiring a Travel Service Partner in Yate. The role offers 25 hours per week with permanent part-time hours and a pay rate of £13.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus incentive.

You’ll support customers with travel money needs in a friendly bureau setting and contribute to a high standard of service. You’ll join a team focused on growth and development, with flexible shifts and access to wellbeing and employee benefits.

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy.
