Tesco Travel Money Advisor - Tesco Lakeside – Part time

Job Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 12

Salary: £13.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive

Working Patterns: This role offers flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday, with a monthly or weekly rota depending on your team.

About the Role:

As a Travel Service Partner at Tesco, you will support retail customers with foreign exchange services, helping ensure their travel money needs are met with excellent service. You will build relationships, process transactions accurately, and adhere to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers to understand their travel and currency needs
• Providing advice on Travelex products and services
• Processing foreign exchange transactions efficiently and accurately
• Achieving performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service
• Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail
• Following legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Numerical proficiency for handling cash and currencies
• IT skills, with basic understanding of computer and till systems
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
