Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday, with a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role

Join Travelex as a Travel Service Partner (RSA), supporting retail customers with foreign exchange services in a vibrant retail environment, ensuring excellent customer experiences and travel money solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.
  2. Act as a travel money ambassador, advising on products and services.
  3. Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Achieve operational, procedural, and customer service goals.
  5. Handle online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
  6. Adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Numerical proficiency for handling cash and currencies.
  • IT skills, including familiarity with computer systems and tills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Drive to succeed and make a positive impact.
Interview Process
  1. Application review and initial screening.
  2. Online interview with a numerical and accuracy test.
  3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting and environment overview.
