Job Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours per week: 16 hours

Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive

Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role:

As part of Travelex, supporting retail customers with foreign exchange needs, ensuring a positive travel experience. You will be adaptable, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about our products and services.

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
• Serving as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
• Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Numerically proficient, capable of handling large sums of cash and multiple currencies.
• IT proficient, with basic knowledge of computer systems and tills.
• Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and listen effectively.
• Motivated to succeed and make a positive impact.

Interview Process:

1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the team and see the environment.
4. Job offer upon successful completion of the above steps, including reference checks.
