Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76 per hour, rising to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For hours between midnight and 06:00, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional location-based payments may also apply.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) are available.
