Pay and Hours

Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hr, increasing to £15.97/hr inside the M25. Night premium of £2.35/hr applies for hours between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling to match your availability.

About the role

As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, oversee team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. You will handle various challenges on the shop floor, aiming to improve the store experience for customers, colleagues, and communities.
