Pay & Hours

Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76/hr, increasing to £15.97/hr inside M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hr applies midnight-6am. Guaranteed minimum hours are 16 per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

We aim to schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is appreciated if your availability closely matches our needs.
