About the role

Availability Window:

Days: Sun-Sat 22:00 - 07:00

Pay: Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. An additional night premium of £2.30 per hour worked applies for hours between midnight and 6am.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for fewer hours (minimum of 12) available.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support and guide colleagues in-store.
  • Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
  • Lead by example and motivate your team.
  • Follow health and safety routines and procedures.
