Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have options for you. We will schedule your hours within the times you are available, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility and welcome applicants whose availability closely matches the advertised times.
