Pay and hours

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are also available.

The table shows the preferred availability times. We will schedule your hours within these, with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility and are happy to consider close matches to your availability.

As a Shift Leader you’ll:
