Compensation: Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 in stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35/hour applies. Additional location-based payments may also be available.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. We value flexibility and encourage you to apply if your availability aligns closely with our needs.

Customer focus: Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, maintaining safety, and helping improve store performance.
