A major retail corporation in Wotton-under-Edge is looking for a Shift Leader to coordinate store operations and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing team duties, ensuring store safety, and providing leadership. Candidates must be over 18 and possess strong customer service skills. This position offers a starting pay of £14.76 per hour and guarantees a minimum of 16 hours weekly.
Sun: 06:30:00 - 14:00:00, Mon: 15:15:00 - 22:15:00, Wed: 06:30:00 - 13:30:00, Thu: 06:30:00 - 14:30:00, Fri: 15:15:00 - 22:15:00
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work - the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
