Pay Rate

Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling and support work-life balance.

Role Overview

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to deliver excellent service. You’ll face diverse challenges, overseeing store activities and striving to improve the shopping experience for customers, colleagues, and communities.
