About the role

Availability Window

  • Days: Sun 06:00 - 15:00, Wed 06:00 - 15:00, Fri 14:00 - 23:00

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling and will provide 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead your team effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing duty shifts and team coordination
  • Supporting customer needs and store presentation
  • Leading safety and operational standards
  • Assisting in store performance and team development
