Pay Rate

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly; options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available.

We schedule your hours within the available windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We support flexibility if your available times closely match our needs.
