Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible schedules matching your availability.
