About the role

Availability Window

Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Time: 07:00 - 22:00

Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; part-time options with at least 12 hours are also available. We will schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.

About the role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, help customers, and lead a team to ensure smooth running of the store. This role involves overseeing shifts, supporting colleagues, and striving to improve customer service and store performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
  2. Taking ownership of duty shifts, ensuring a clean, stocked store
  3. Helping customers and ensuring they leave satisfied
