Availability Window
Days and times vary throughout the week. The schedule includes specific days and hours, with flexibility for similar availability.

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts. We welcome close matches to the availability times, even if not exact.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll:

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
• Take ownership of duty shifts, coordinating the team to maintain a clean and stocked store
• Assist customers and ensure their needs are met
• Improve service through coaching and feedback
• Support colleagues, maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment
• Monitor store performance and support operational improvements
• Lead by example in all aspects of the role

You need to be 18 or over to apply.
