Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations in our Greater London area. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day tasks during your shift. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and the flexibility to adapt to store needs.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
