Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within your availability, with 3 weeks' notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee store operations, support colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service, all while facing interesting challenges daily.

Responsibilities include:
