About the role

Availability Window

  • Sun 14:30 - 23:00
  • Fri 14:30 - 23:00
  • Sat 14:30 - 23:00

Pay Rate: Starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97 inside M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with your availability and will schedule shifts within your available windows, providing 3 weeks' notice.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

  • Operate in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
  • Manage duty shifts, coordinate team to maintain a clean, stocked store
  • Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
  • Improve service through coaching and feedback
  • Support colleagues and maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor store performance and assist in operational improvements
