A leading grocery retailer is looking for a Shift Leader to oversee store operations and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating the team, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a pay rate starting from £14.76 per hour with guaranteed weekly hours.
The availability windows and weekly schedule are shown below. The table format is not used in the final description. Availability periods refer to the times during the week when we’d like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll receive 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.
