Pay Rate

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, but options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available.

We aim to schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your available times closely match our needs.
