Time: 05:30 - 23:00

Pay Rate

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling and support your availability.

Role Overview

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will support store operations, assist customers, and lead your team to ensure smooth running of the store. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a positive impact daily.
