A leading UK retail company is seeking a Shift Leader in Poole to oversee store operations and ensure a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, maintaining store appearance, and supporting team performance. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent service, with flexible hours available.
Monday: 05:30:00 - 14:30:00
Tuesday: 05:30:00 - 14:30:00
Wednesday: 14:00:00 - 23:00:00
Friday: 11:00:00 - 19:00:00
Saturday: 05:30:00 - 14:30:00
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work - the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we’d still love to hear from you.
