About the role

Availability Window

  • Sun: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Mon: 05:30 - 14:30
  • Thu: 12:00 - 18:45
  • Sat: 14:00 - 23:00

Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside M25, with additional location-based payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

We support flexible scheduling; if your availability closely matches but isn't exact, we'd still love to hear from you.

As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to ensure smooth store functioning. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coaching colleagues, ensuring safety, and driving store performance.
