Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for 12 hours for those seeking fewer hours. We are flexible with scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

Role Overview:
  • Support store operations and customer service excellence
