The role is a Shift Leader position in a fast-paced retail store environment. The following sections outline responsibilities, requirements and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety and uphold store standards.
• Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.
• Be available for customers, listening to their needs and helping ensure they leave with what they came for.
• Identify ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and providing feedback to the team.
• Guide and support colleagues in-store to maintain a safe place to work and shop.
• Maintain understanding of store performance and assist managers in delivering actions to improve operations.
• Lead from the front and set a positive example for colleagues in all aspects of the role.

Availability and hours

• Availability window typically includes days and times as advertised; hours may be scheduled within these windows with three weeks’ notice of shifts.
• Minimum guaranteed hours policy: a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work a minimum of 12 hours if requested.
