Pay and Hours

Shift Leader rate starts from £14.28/hour, increasing to £15.41 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate flexibility in scheduling.
