About the role

Availability Window

• Sun: 15:00 - 24:00
• Mon: 09:00 - 18:00
• Thu: 05:00 - 14:00
• Sat: 15:00 - 24:00

Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the advertised availability windows, and will notify you 3 weeks in advance of your shifts.

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you'll support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to ensure a smooth-running store. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coaching colleagues, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

As a Shift Leader, you will:
