About the role
Availability Window

Days: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat from 05:30 to 22:00.

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Shift Leader you’ll:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store.
  • Be there for customers, listening to them and helping to ensure they leave satisfied.
  • Look for ways to improve service, including coaching your colleagues.
  • Guide and support your colleagues in-store.
  • Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
  • Lead from the front, setting a great example.
