Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76 per hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The period of availability is shown in the schedule in the week; we will schedule your contracted hours within these times and you will have 3 weeks' notice of exact shifts. We are happy to support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but do not exactly match the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you. Read more information about this below.
