• Tue: 05:15 - 14:15

• Fri: 10:00 - 18:00
• Sat: 14:15 - 23:15

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice for shifts.

Role Overview: As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, customer service, team coordination, and safety, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing duty shifts and team coordination
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting store opening and closing
• Ensuring store cleanliness and safety
• Assisting with store improvements and team motivation
